Halloween

A few photos of Halloween--Alana was Dorothy (she loves the Wizard of Oz and chose her costume herself) and Alexander was the "courageous" lion:) They had a ball and were so excited!

Pumpkin Patch

We went to our 5th annual trip to Goebert's Pumpkin Farm and Zoo. We had lots of fun, and Xander got to try his first corn on the cob, which is now his favorite food. The kids had lots of fun picking out pumpkins, going on the play equipment, and riding the ponies and camels. We will be going again this upcoming weekend with more friends. You can never get too much Goebert's!

Field Museum

Today we made a last minute decision to go to the Field Museum in downtown Chicago. We decided to get a family membership, which was good because the kids did not want to leave! They loved looking at the dinosaurs, gemstones, and Native American exhibit. Their favorite part of the whole trip, though, was pressing all of the buttons on the exhibits.
